Hello all PlayStation Vita retro gamers! We’re thrilled to announce the release of version 0.45 of Emu4VitaPlus, the Libretro-based frontend that brings cross-platform emulation to your PS Vita.
This release introduces some much-requested community features and fixes several bugs, making the gaming experience even smoother and more intuitive.
Main changes in v0.45
Here are the main improvements you’ll find in this release:
- System Return from UI: Finally! One of our most requested features is here. There’s now an option in the UI that allows you to return to the Vita’s operating system (LiveArea) without having to force quit the app. A huge step forward in convenience.
- Automatic Save File Loading: Forget about scrolling through save files every time. Emu4Vita++ can now automatically load the most recent save when you launch a game. This option, very convenient for those who always play the same ROM, can be enabled or disabled in the settings (options) to suit your needs.
- Bug Fixes: As with every self-respecting release, the team has worked to fix several bugs and improve the emulator’s overall stability . This means fewer crashes and a more enjoyable gaming experience.
